Kalamazoo Effectively Decriminalizes Pot Possession
City officials in Kalamazoo have decided it would be better to spend time and money on real crimes rather than possession of marijuana. This week, city commissioners voted to virtually decriminalize possession of less than one ounce of pot. Four-Strikes Bill Gets Closer to Passing
Lawmakers in Michigan are putting the finishing touches on a four-strikes bill that would mandate a harsh mandatory minimum sentence for repeat offenders.
