In 2008 the Detroit crime lab located in Brush Park was ordered to be closed due to “sloppy investigations.” But apparently the sloppiness didn’t end when the unit stopped handling investigations. Michigan Judge Says Stun Gun Ban Illegal
A Bay City judge this week ruled the statewide ban on stun guns is unconstitutional. But because this is a trial judge, it’s certain we haven’t heard the end of this argument, which will eventually have to be settled by higher courts. [Read more…]
